Abby Cunningham School of Dance We offer classes from the age of 2 in a variety of styles. Our teachers are fully qualified and are DBS checked.

Classes are held at All Saints Church, North Dr, Thornton Cleveleys, FY5 3HT.

Some people go to therapy… I go to dance. 🤍

No matter what’s going on in life, the second the music starts everything quiets down for a little while. The stress, the overthinking, the heaviness — it all fades when I’m dancing.

Dance has carried me through some of the hardest moments of my life. It’s been my escape, my comfort, my safe place and sometimes the only thing that makes me feel like me again.

People see glitter, costumes and smiles on stage, but for so many of us it’s so much deeper than that. It heals parts of you that words can’t touch.

Forever grateful for the studio, the music and the feeling of being free for just a moment ✨

Still smiling thinking about last night 🤍✨

We were so lucky to have my incredible mentor from the Royal Ballet & Opera come and work with our Primary–Grade 2 dancers… and WOW, they absolutely thrived 🩰💫 The creativity, confidence and joy in that room was just magic to watch.

So proud of every single one of them for throwing themselves into it and embracing something new — they LOVED every second 🫶🏻

Moments like this are what it’s all about 🤍
