CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely CrossFit, geared and designed for a special population and the specific development needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor). CrossFit Kids delivers a fitness that is designed to be broad, general, inclusive and fun. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump effec

tively and safely regardless of whether or not they play sport. We take those principal movements and incorporate them into our classes across all ages in a fun way so that they want to do it. We scale load and intensity but don't change programs, ultimately resulting in good quality functional movements in children.
