Last Thursday was are first day at work. We had an gymnastics after school club. Beginning to learn routine work. We used key steps gymnastics to look at set routine, then we progressed it and see if anyone could change any moves and create a thew bits of their own. In the last bit of the session we used benches and a beam. We learnt movements on the equipment such different ways of travelling along, also we used some jumps and balance. It was a great session

Primary schools sport after school clubs are available. Each sport session will help children learn new skills such as catching skills, body coordination, throwing skills. Fundamental skills of a range of sport and gross motor skills. Also they may learn a new sport they haven’t tried before. Sessions are 1 hours after school. Feel free to book more then 1 day a week. More information will be given when you ask for information such as pricing E.g
