September Mat Pilates timetable 🤎✨🧘‍♀️🫶

Covering 3 places
1. James cook hospital - NHS staff Tuesday and Thursday morning 6am and 7am classes: single class £5, first class offer £4
2. The studio Acklam: 6:30pm every Sunday £6.50/session
3. North Cowton Village hall: 5:45pm every Wednesday £5.50/session.
Block booking available on all sites
Message me for more information - block booking can be used between various sites.

A gorgeous end to August - sunrise Pilates on the beach. Bank holiday edition🌅🫶🤎✨🧘‍♀️

Got very lucky with the weather today as it was raining all day long on and off. Ended up being such a lovely evening with some slight wind.

Thanks to everyone for coming and always support appreciate it so much🤎🫶🌅✨♥️

August moments 🤎🫶✨♥️

A special month of growth, little wins, new beginnings and so many special moments that I’ll hold onto.

Feeling grateful for the people, places and memories that made this month feel extra special.

Spend a Saturday with me: Pilates event edition 🧘‍♀️✨🤎

4am wake up
5:15 arrive at beach - time for sunrise beach Pilates. Such a lovely mild morning.

5:40 start the session and enjoy the sunrise and 45 mins of Pilates.

6:15 end the session with a protein ball and enjoy taking in the views.

Next up was coffee before the class - only place open at that time was Starbucks 😂 little catch up with the Pilates girls before the class.

8-10:50am - 3 x reformer Pilates classes taught at core and flow: including 2 mixed ability and ending on a beginner class.

After teaching it was straight to the Middlesbrough game and to enjoy a 3-1 win to West Brom.

Such a wholesome Saturday sent and such a gorgeous end to August 🤎✨🫶🌅🧘‍♀️

SUNSET / EVENING PILATES - 31st AUGUST 2026 6PM.

I have had so much fun with the beach events.

I wanted to do one to bring everyone together as the summer draws to an end. This ones for everyone - mixed genders, single girls and guys, mums and dads with their children (3 and above)

Location: Marske By-The-Sea - location on previous posts will be shared closer to session. Bring layers and bring your own Mat / Towel.

If you are bringing Kids to session a few things to note: A parent or legal guardian must complete all registration and consent forms before the child attends. Parents must state how many kids and answer all relevant questions.
