What is it?

"100's workout" is a high-rep training method, performing 100 repetitions of a single exercise in one set or broken into smaller sets with minimal rest. This technique is used to push muscle endurance, improve conditioning, and induce hypertrophy through high-volume stress. 💪

Originates from old-school bodybuilding and high-rep endurance training. Give it a go! Don't go crazy with the weight, this is about the reps and great form!

Today's Arms workout! 💪

Giant Supersets are a killer!

Three exercises (can be 4) in a continuous sequence with no rest (or minimal) rest in between. Typically focused on the same muscle group or can involve a combination of different muscle groups depending on the structure of the workout.

After completing all exercises in the giant superset, you take a rest period before repeating the sequence. Go for 5 sets!

You will definitively feel your arms burning, especially if this something new you are trying.

Body comparison...Good or bad?

We all wish we could look better, or look like someone else.
Constantly comparing yourself to online fitness influencers or PTs / coaches can have a negative effect.

But if you do it in a positive way, you can use it as your motivation to train and to live a healthier lifestyle.

If done in a negative way, jealousy plays a massive part, leading to feeling angry and upset as to "why don't I look like that", potentially leading to binge eating and mental health problems.

Instead it should be '' I will look like that " and results will slowly but surely show!

Lets talk progress ... 💪

Everyone gets low because they think they're not making any progress in the gym, whether that's loosing weight or gaining muscle...

Being the most impatient person I get it...We all want to see results yesterday. But here's the thing about progress—it’s not linear, and it’s definitely not instant. Real, lasting results take consistency, effort, and time.

Every rep you push through, every meal you choose to eat and every time you show up on days you don’t feel like it—that’s progress. Even if you don’t see it in the mirror right away, it’s happening. Your body is adapting, your mindset is sharpening, and your discipline is building.

The key is to stop measuring progress solely by the numbers on the scale or how your shirt fits. Look at the bigger picture: Are you lifting heavier than last month? Can you run longer without getting winded? Are you feeling stronger, more confident, or simply happier post-workout? That’s all progress.

Patience is part of the process. Keep showing up, and the results will show up too—just not overnight.
