✨ Junior Coach️✨️
To all of our followers, please meet Charlie, our new Junior Coach here at Tiger Fitness 🥳
Charlie first joined us back in March where he had to complete work experience for the Sports coaching and development course that he's studying at college.
Charlie began watching, then jumping in sessions to get a feel of how a Tiger session works (it's not like any other 😋) and then began to take an active role with sessions too.
Charlie has come out of his shell well with our community and has shown a keen interest in learning and being around the space, our members and our small group PT more.
After his allocated hours were up, Charlie asked if he could stay involved and we offered him the role as junior Coach 🙌🏼
Here's a little about Charlie;
I study Sport at college and hope to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer or Sports Coach in the future. After completing the required work experience hours for my course, I decided to stay at Tiger Fitness as I had gained so much from my time here, both personally and professionally.
Working alongside the coaching team has helped me develop my communication skills, confidence and understanding of coaching principles. I particularly enjoy the 1-to-1 coaching environment, helping people progress towards their goals and seeing the positive impact that exercise can have on their health and wellbeing.
I’m passionate about fitness, especially strength training and hypertrophy, and I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and experience within the industry. Being part of Tiger Fitness has given me the opportunity to continue learning while helping others enjoy their fitness journey.
It's a pleasure to welcome these young coaches in, to share our knowledge, to give insite to how sessions should be formatted, to help with session planning and to empower the younger generation to be great.
We're so happy we have the facilty, knowledge and experience to be able to do this 😃
