Well done to everyone that took their next belt with us yesterday! Over the day we had everything from Red belt gradings to 1st kyu brown/black belts & quite literally sweat & tears !

🥋 After-school martial arts is back!

From next week, we’ll be returning to Drake and Barnham Primary Schools with our after-school martial arts programmes.

Both clubs have filled up in record time this term, but we still have a few spaces available.

If your child attends either school and would like to join us, please speak to the school reception team to book their place—or message us if you’d like more information.

Verve Martial Arts Thetford is 8 years old today! 🥳🥋

Eight years of classes, gradings, competitions, camps, seminars, school sessions, wins, setbacks, laughter and the occasional bit of chaos.

A lot has changed since day one, but the important part hasn’t: people training hard, supporting each other & hitting goals

Thank you to every student, parent, instructor and supporter who has been part of Verve Thetford over the last eight years—whether you’ve been here from the beginning, joined us recently or were part of an earlier chapter.

Fitness doesn’t have to mean another hour on a treadmill.

You could spend it punching pads, kicking things—and occasionally people 😂 in a controlled and entirely legal environment—and discovering muscles you were fairly sure didn’t exist. Much more entertaining. 🥋😁
