Thetford Town Cricket Club Thetford Town Cricket Club We currently field two Saturday sides in the Norfolk Cricket Alliance playing in Division One and Division Five.

We field one Sunday side in the Mid Norfolk Sunday Cricket League Premier Division. We also have junior sides that play friendly and league fixtures

🏏 £26,000 WHAT A MILESTONE! 💛

We’ve officially passed £26,000 on our Project 100 Crowdfunder, and we cannot thank everyone enough who has donated, sponsored, attended an event, bought a raffle ticket, shared a post or supported us in any way.

Every single pound has helped us get this far. But we’re not stopping here.

🎯 OUR NEXT GOAL: £30,000

We’re now just £4,000 away from another huge milestone and another step closer to delivering our new three-lane cricket net facility for Thetford Town Cricket Club.

So we’re putting out a call to our community…

What a fantastic weekend of fundraising for Project 100!

Our Crowdfunder currently stands at £25,759, but there’s more still to be added… 👀

£100 from Bingo Night
£90 in Presidents’ Day card donations

Both of these are still to be paid into the Crowdfunder, which will take us to £25,949! 🎉

And that’s on top of the £175 in cash donations raised at Presidents’ Day, which have just also been added, all going towards Project 100. ❤️

ANOTHER WIN FOR THE U13s!

Thetford Town U13s made it 10 wins from 10, completing an UNBEATEN league season and finishing TOP OF THE TABLE with a perfect 20 points! 🏆👏

Garboldisham batted first and were restricted to 51 all out, with another strong all-round bowling performance from Thetford in the rain.

⭐ Caleb — 2 wickets for 9
⭐ Finley — 1 wicket for 2
⭐ Harry — 1 wicket for 3
⭐ Zac — 1 wicket for 12

Thetford then set about the chase. After losing an early wicket, Louie and Benjy took control, seeing the team safely home before more rain to win by 7 wickets and put the perfect finishing touch on what has been an absolutely outstanding season.

But the biggest achievement has been watching this group develop as a team. Their commitment to training, support for one another and the way they’ve represented the club throughout the season has been fantastic.

A huge congratulations to every player who has pulled on a Thetford shirt and to the coaches, parents and supporters who have been behind them all the way.
