The second session of the 12-week Tai Chi course at Thetford Library has been completed. Thank you to everyone who attended. A special mention to Gerry and Tina, both of whom are new to the class. They did very well and stayed focused throughout the session.

Danny was also there, patiently observing the whole time and hardly disturbing anyone. Well done to my little boy!

The next session may be held outdoors, in front of the Cinema by the river, if you would like to join-in, please drop me an email and I will keep you posted.
