It is amazing to see the Rostrum Norfolk Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Open expanding every year! Over 20 teams registering their athletes in 2024! So many talented grapplers & coaches contributing to the electric atmosphere!!

Huge thank you to David Webb and his Toukon empire for hosting this event again!

Massive massive thank-you to all the referees! You guys are always under paid & under appreciated. You have the most stressful job.

Congratulations to every single member of Carlson Gracie Norfolk UK again, to those that competed and to those that helped us prepare.

Winning this tournament for the 2nd consecutive year is a huge honour and a testament to the chemistry we all create together.

These guys made our team feel so proud last night!!

And the energy that our extended team brought to the VIP tables cage side really made me feel like.. WE ARE ALL PART OF SOMETHING MUCH BIGGER!💪🏻💥🔥🙏🏻 I cherish these moments and the people that have chosen ( past & present ) to share them with me!
