I am passionate about the benefits of living an active & healthy lifestyle. As a mum of two young children I understand the challenges of managing a busy life and finding time to keep yourself and your family fit and eating well. I am a keen runner, having completed many Half Marathons, and also
enjoy weight training, yoga and high intensity

circuit based exercise classes. How I can help you

I have transformed my own lifestyle losing over 2 stone in weight through a personal training programme & healthy eating regime. I can personally advocate the benefits of personal training in providing you with an individualised programme that will be a more effective & efficient use of your time. As well as ensuring you are performing exercises correctly to reduce injury risk personal training can help motivate you to achieve your goals. Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone or build muscle, improve flexibility, improve cardio vascular endurance or train for a specific event or challenge I can build a personalised programme for you. I am a keen cook and passionate about wholesome nutritious food and can help with advice on how to create healthy meals for you and your family to help lose or maintain healthy weight.

Love Saturday mornings !

I used to think Saturdays were for lie-inโ€™s as I am up early every morning in the week. But having started covering the Saturday class I am really loving being up and out early to make the most of the day.

And now that involves a sea dip after class with many of the Bay Fitness Class Members, itโ€™s such an amazing way to start the weekend!

Funny how this time last year even the prospect of going in the sea would have sent shivers down my spine! I still find it really cold but I know I will feel amazing afterwards ๐ŸŒŠ

You should really come and give it a try ๐Ÿ™

A very bleak Day 26 dip for this evening after running our class at Knab Rock.

Drizzling with rain and cold, it was a quick dip tonight but I held my nose and got my head right under to make up for it !! ๐Ÿ˜‚

I wish I had this commitment when it came to giving up alcohol or chocolate !!!

Anniversary Dip !!!

Been feeling rotten all day with a sore throat and cold so was hoping the water may help - it didnโ€™t, but it was a lovely way to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary!

Wishing my wonderful husband , a happy anniversary - always up for whatever crazy ideas I have and there to support me 100% through everything. Even a dip a day challenge in May ๐Ÿงก
