This is why it is so important to have your vehicle checked by a company that not only understands horseboxes but also understands horse safety.
This is a inner skin that has totally failed and the wood that your horse stands on under the rubber matting inside has gone past a safe state.
This is directly in front of the rear wheel This could cause serious harm to your loved horse.
If any doubt get it checked.
We do this as a mobile service and we check all of this in our Pre- sale check's aswell as monthly inspections.

Called out to a Peugeot Boxer. Customer stated was driving along then loss of power and smoking under acceleration with injector warning on the dash. How it made it home with a horse in the back we have no clue. It certainly wasn't injector fault this is the Egr cooler flap when it comes off and travels down to the turbo and completely destroys the turbo letting oil pass the wrong side of the turbo ! Turbo found and done on our customers driveway another happy customer

Called out to look over a tidy little truck needing a little bit love. After having a report done by a previous company that didn't sit right.
We always recommend when buying any horsebox or trailer you get a company specialised out to check it before purchase. Just because it has a Mot pass on it doesn't mean its not got issues.
A mot is a minimum road safety requirement needed to be on the road.
We highly recommend any commercial vehicle or trailer should be inspected once a month. With this preventable maintenance carried out . Please call for quotes or send us a message.

Truck failed mot on structural splaying. All rot was cut out ground back and made even stronger then it come out of factory.
All within time of her retest period.
We make it happen on site with as less stress as possible!
