I love my job and I love helping people achieve their goals.

However this one is much more personal to me. After a man to man heart to heart, we came to the agreement that something needed to change. The look of this man is important to him, the health is important to me and both have astronomically improved.

No exercise was needed. The change of his diet was the only thing we focused on. In fact, over tripling his normal food intake and we are 4kg down in 4 weeks. Involving foods such as eggs, bacon, crumpets, cheese, chocolate, puddings, you name it not a single food was “blocked”.

Healthier, happier and even more motivated to see change.

Have you woken up with pain?

Do you struggle with pain in training or day to day life?

Is it pain that stops you doing what you want to do?

In order for the body to train properly, it needs to be able to move properly! Mainly people including myself, have been limited in training because of pain and discomfort

So let’s break the movement down and find out where the pain is coming from and where any weaknesses lie

You’ll be surprised to know that if you suffer any sort of shoulder pain, it could be because of an imbalance in the glutes.

This problem areas can be brought to our attention with a small movement assessment

After yet another spot on check in this is where me and are currently at!!
Came to me wanting to put size on with the idea of getting on stage in the future. A rise in 8kg, with more size and improved condition and we successfully completed phase 1. After testing, a few health markers needed improving so that took our focus. HEALTH IS EVERYTHING. Phase 2 began, slight drop in weight, blood pressure improved as well as other marker. And now we take our step into phase 3. Time to grow👊🏼

This game takes time, give it the time it needs and you’ll succeed. Well done mate

Are you in pain?

Do you have a reoccurring problem in any joint?

Get treatment to that joint! That will solve it right?

Unfortunately not! There is a reason this said problem is reoccurring…because the joint in pain isn’t the problem

I have been guilty of this in the past. It’s a logical thought to get treatment to an area in pain

But in reality you’re most likely getting pain there because the problem lies elsewhere

By doing a movement and mobility assessment, together we can find where the real problem lies and treat it from its source!
