Another week down, thrilled to see the progress amounting on this journey so far.
This week, bodyweight reaching 109kg, a gain of 2.6kg from the previous week. Slowly but surely edging closer to the goal range of 110-113kg, with 8 weeks remaining, I’m in a great position to achieve this.
The road to change hasn’t always been easy due to not having the biggest of appetites, the dedication is showing through now. I’m contemplating pushing even further and aiming for a bodyweight of 115kg.
I didn’t expect to be gaining this fast, I will be cautious that it will slow down so I will focus on the original goal.
After a prolonged period of calorie deficit, training significantly suffered, leaving myself with low energy levels, very inconsistent performance and a lack of desire/motivation.
I want to see what I’m really capable of in the DBD Summer Open… That’s the driving element of this transformation.
Since transitioning into a surplus, within the 2 weeks, I've experienced a remarkable shift. Limits are being pushed daily, confidence is rising, energy levels at the highest they’ve been for a long time. Every day has become so much more productive also, I can focus on getting tasks done.
