Pole Foundations - 4 week Beginner Course

This course is an introduction to Pole! The aim of this course is to build your confidence on and around the pole with progressions and new moves each week. To take part in this course, no prior experience is required and you will learn some of the foundation moves to pole which lead directly into our Beginner 1 and 2 classes.

Location: Balham
Starting Monday 8th June 2026 at 8-9pm with Sandra

Course Dates:
Monday 8th June 2026 8-9pm
Monday 15th June 2026 8-9pm
Monday 22nd June 2026 8-9pm
Monday 29th June 2026 8-9pm

Cost: Usually costs £68, but discounted for summer to £55 for 4 lessons!

T&Cs: Payment is for the course dates and times listed above only, no transfers to other dates are allowed if you are unable to make it for any reason. Customers can pay for single classes in the course instead of the course price, however it will cost £17 per session. A minimum of 3 people are required for this course to run and they must be booked in by Saturday 6th June.
