Comparison is the thief of joy.

A reminder from your friends at CrossFit Esher 👇

A bodyweight clean & jerk is exceptional.
A pull-up is a skill most people never achieve.
Running 10km is a long way.
Training 3 times a week, consistently, is something most people struggle to maintain.

It’s easy to scroll social media and feel like everyone is fitter, stronger, faster, or further ahead.
