Hello Love Thamers!

Today MP Sports proudly celebrates 18 years of serving the Thame community!

From opening our doors on 22nd March 2008 with just two small rooms focused on cricket and hockey, to now growing into four full rooms catering to multiple sports — it’s been an incredible journey.

What makes this milestone even more special is that we’ve done it all as a local, independent shop, without selling online. This would simply not have been possible without the continued support, loyalty, and encouragement from all of you — our amazing customers and friends in Thame and the surrounding areas.

Over the years, we’ve built more than just a shop — we’ve built relationships, memories, and a true community around sport.

We are incredibly grateful for every visit, every purchase, and every kind word. Thank you for being part of our journey.

We are giving away a Gray Nicholls Bat signed by current England Opening Batsman, Zac Crawley, who has played over 50 Test Matches for England. The bat is being donated by MP Sports to the Thame Town Council to be sold at Andy Gilberts, the Town Mayors, Charity Ball. The proceeds from the sale of the bat will go towards supporting the charitable work taking place in the Thame community. We are pleased to be able to contribute to such a worthwhile cause and support our great town!
