Both the gym changing facilities and the lower gym have undergone a major makeover. The changing rooms have been completely rebuilt from floor to ceiling, creating a modern, fresh, and welcoming environment. The lower gym has also been fully refurbished and equipped with brand-new fitness equipment, providing members with an enhanced workout experience in a contemporary training space.

Whether you're a regular member or haven't visited for a while, now is the perfect time to come and take a look at everything that's changed.

Training never stops!

Our swim teachers have been making the most of the outdoor pool today ☀️💦

A great session recapping breaststroke technique and corrections, practising diving skills, and refreshing those all-important teaching skills.

Being qualified doesn’t mean the learning stops! Regular training helps our teachers keep their skills sharp, share knowledge and ideas, and continue providing the best possible swimming experiences for our swimmers. 💙
