One for the kids! 😁
We run CrossFit Kids sessions for 5 year olds and above. These are designed to be fun, engaging and introduce the fitness fundamentals and exercise through play.
If you’re stuck for ways to get the out of their bedrooms, always from screens and moving their bodies, then bring them down!
The first session is always FREE, so book them in and let them come down and experience it.
