Have you ever wondered what ‘Flow State’ means?
Flow state is a mental condition where you become fully immersed in an activity, feeling energized, focused, and performing at your best.
The term was popularized by the psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, who studied how people experience deep enjoyment and optimal performance.
In flow, your attention, skill, and action merge together, and you become absorbed in what you are doing.
I feel blessed to have found a few things that put me into this state including walking in nature, reading, meditation and yogabut the strongest practice I have right now for helping me reach a flow state is Vedic Chanting🙏
