Hi Ladies 👋 I just wanted to introduce myself.
The picture below is me - Naomi.
Left: Overweight, unmotivated, unhappy and feeling hopeless.
Right: Happy, strong, confident and finally feeling in control of my body and routine.
I didn’t have loads of free time.
I didn’t follow anything extreme.
And I definitely didn’t have it all figured out at the start.
I was a working mum, juggling everything — and like so many women, I thought I just had to accept feeling like that.
But the truth is 👇
You can change your body, your confidence, and your mindset — even with a busy life.
What actually made the difference:
✔ Learning how to train properly (not just “turning up”)
✔ Building realistic habits that fit around my life
✔ Understanding nutrition without restriction
✔ Staying consistent — not perfect
Now my goal is simple…
To help other women feel like THIS — without needing a PT forever.
If your coach is doing things for you instead of teaching you and taking your money for session after session with no goal in sight you’ll always feel stuck in a rut.
