From next Tuesday we are changing our timetable slightly:

MMA class: 6-7pm 🤼‍♂️
KICKBOXING class: 7-8pm👨👩
SPARRING: 8-8:30💪

Polish🇵🇱 and English🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 speaking coaches

£8 per person per class
£10 per person for all classes in a row

REMINDERS:
Please let us know ahead of time if you’d like to join us for any of next week’s classes💪 (comment or private message us)

We only recommend sparring to those who have attended many previous classes with us or have outside experience!
