One of the MOST important swimming basics is learning how to breathe correctly underwater 🌬️🌊

Many beginners make the mistake of holding their breath 😵 instead of slowly blowing bubbles in the water 🫧

🚫 Holding your breath can cause:

❌ Stress & panic underwater
❌ Faster fatigue
❌ Poor balance in the water
❌ Tense muscles
❌ Difficult breathing rhythm
❌ Fear and discomfort while swimming

✅ But making bubbles helps you:

🫧 Stay calm and relaxed 😌
