yourself a boat and want to get a feel for launching, navigating and handling a craft. Maybe you want to learn a new fishing skill: vertical jigging, drop-shotting, surface fishing or using swimbaits. Gary can also give you a host of advice about fishfinders and how to interpret them properly or maybe you’ve never caught a Zander and are keen to break your duck. Whatever it is you’d like to get out of a day’s guided fishing, we are happy to chat through the whole day and work out an itinerary that would suit you. The Arkip 460 is a custom built thoroughbred sports fishing boat with a fishing platform in the bow and plenty of room in the stern to stand and fish in. Included in the trip cost we offer the use of top fishing tackle from Shimano, Eagle Claw etc. Ursuit life jackets supplied as well as all licenses and permits. Trips are normally 8 hours if you want more or less just ask and we can work out an exact package to meet your needs. Dates are available throughout the year, Gary tends to get booked up quickly so enquire now for current availability. For a standard 8 hour day on the Rivers Severn and Avon in the Tewkesbury area the total price is £225.00 for one first angler or £325.00 for two this includes all tackle use and permits, launch fees etc. If you are looking at days out elsewhere i.e. the Gloucester Canal please enquire for a quote.
