Dear members, today we had the new entry system fitted. How you do this is by using a pass saved to your apple or Samsung wallet which will be sent to you via email hopefully by the end of today 👍

If you do not receive an email then we may not have your current email on the system or your details might need updating. If this is the case then please try and inform us either on our social media platforms or in person and we will make sure all your information our system is up to date and you have access to your new pass.

For our elderly members or members who don’t have access to a wallet app on their device then fobs will be being sent out within the next week so you have an alternative way to gain access to the gym.

As of now, the original card system is still operating alongside the nfc system so we have time for people to integrate into the new system so don’t panic if you come in and you haven’t received an email yet, we will get it all sorted 😊👍

We appreciate your patience and understanding whilst we get this underway; any questions, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help 💯💪

Our membership prices 💲

Despite inflation over the last few years our prices have not changed since 2022 💪

Now we could do what a lot of other business’s do which is jump on the bandwagon and start upping our prices however we’ve always vowed we will not do this unless it’s absolutely necessary (not a dig at all to business’ which do need need to up their services btw) 👍

Our goal is to try and provide more value for the same cost so we can give back to those who have supported us, we’ve added/replaced over 20 bits of kit, extended our weekend opening hours and have consistently reinvested back into the gym over the last 4 years; because we believe it’s nice to see your money going into something rather than in the back pocket of those who couldn’t care about you or your custom 🙌

With that all aside, we try to offer various membership options so you can find the right deal that works for you; standard monthly is £30 wether that be direct debit, card or cash; couples save £6 each, each month for £48 and if you’re willing to commit to us for the year you get a whole 3 months for free! 🤯

New hammer strength incline press machine is in and feeling good! 💯

I alway try and listen to members feedback hence the quick turn around on a new incline; members said it didn’t feel right so we replaced it with a tried and tested old school incline press 💪
