Natalie Heeley and Tina are joining us on Wednesday 17th June from 6pm for Your Body. Your Glow., covering gut health, sleep, skin, joints and menopause.

If you have been wondering why your body feels different to how it used to and putting it down to age, this is the talk for you. It is free, no booking is required and both speakers will be on hand afterwards for a proper chat.
