This time next week we will be stepping out on stage at FitJam’s massive 10th anniversary event at Alton Towers 🙌 hosted by the fantastic team at Fit JAM

80 hoopers await and we have a cracking routine lined up for them 💥

Can’t wait to get back on stage for Powerhoop 🙌 with my Powerhoop twinnie Kerry Louise Ferguson💪🏻. I still pinch myself that this is my job 😍

Today was about seeing complex patients, scanning, injection therapy theory and injection therapy techniques. Loads of coffee and tea too 🤣
7pm finish and off we go to prep for tomorrow 🦵

Following on from our Stance offer yesterday, we've just added over 80 pairs of shoes to our shoe sale pile!! This includes Brooks Adrenaline 22, NB860, Saucony Peregrine, Brooks Cascadia, Nike Structure, Hoka Mach, 361 Kairos. We need to clear space for new season shoes which are starting to arrive, so if you want a shoe bargain pop in and have a look to see what we've got.....
