‘Vin to Yin’ in the studio this Friday evening (23rd, 5:30-7pm).

A special 90 minute early evening class for £15. The first half, a warming Vinyasa flow, followed by deep Yin style stretches, to ease you into the weekend: 23rd Jan.

‘Ahhhh…’: the feeling I had today post yoga practice, when I’d had a pause over the last week. It feels so good to be back on the mat 😌.

Small moments of joy… this week the cheese plant in the yoga studio got a new leaf! It wasn’t very happy a few months ago, so I’m delighted 😀 Thanks to all my yoga students who brought their positive energy into the studio to help our monstera feel better, and to those who gave me pruning tips 😉
