Some lucky folks find volleys easy. They are rare though. The rest of us have to work at it. Just occasionally you might be lucky and experience a Eureka moment. Last week, I had one of those. You know the repeated encouragements from the coach actually reached part of my brain somewhere deep and I found myself doing what she suggested............and lo it worked! I actually moved forward smoothly, naturally, into the stroke and hit a cracker. Not sure I believed it myself. But a great feeling that still hasn't left me.
That sort of experience could be waiting for you too. We're still looking for more people to come along and grow our tennis family and we especially need more girl power in our numbers, so we can work towards launching a ladies league team.
