The new timetable will be going live from Monday the 8th (next week). Please get in touch and use the MAAT app to book onto your desired session.

Pre booking is available for kids classes and they will start on Monday 30th June. Due to restrictions on space class size will be limited to 10 children per session. We have had a lot of interest in the kids classes and I imagine it will book up fast! 💨

Absolutely smashed it today! Winning his first competition after 3/4 months training is a serious accomplishment. This stuff isn’t easy 💪

Gunna keep the soppy stuff to a minimum - Brett is an amazing individual, inspirational guy both on and off the mats. In the short time I’ve been coaching Brett we have become close friends, this is the best part about this sport. Completing difficult tasks together cements bonds like no other, the friendships you make through doing this are more important than any wins/losses.
