Fit Club Tenterden Fit Club in Tenterden Recreation ground (by the children play area) Every Thursday at 9.30am. Everyo Come and join us for an hour every Thursday.

We make exercise fun and accessible for all ages and fitness levels. You can bring your children so no childcare needed, all for £1
Our aim is to help our local community with an affordable and fun way to keep fit. We Also offer advice on nutrition and healthy living and wellbeing.

Recently I’ve been helping more and more ladies on their perimenopause and menopause journeys as I’ve been researching a lot into it and going through this time of life myself for last 5ish years….
One question I always get asked is; what are your non negotiables…
I take a shake a day, sometimes two, always have my tea, sometimes soup etc but in terms of supplements I love these and how they make me feel 💚
