Want to make your next summer holiday as stress-free as can be? Then let's keep the kids in the pool to continue learning water safety, developing a love for swimming, and having fun!

The best thing about swimming, though, is it's for everyone. 💦

Meet Morgan, your Swim Coordinator at Tenbury Community Pool! 👋💦

As we jump into our back-to-school routine, Morgan and the team are here to help your kids settle into a healthy, confidence-boosting rhythm. Swimming is one of the best ways to keep young nervous systems regulated, burn off school-day energy, and build new friendships outside the classroom!

Here’s a little more about Morgan:

Our new SEND Swim Session starts this Sunday!

Looking for a calm, sensory-friendly environment to swim? Join us this Sunday, 6th September at 12:30 PM for our very first dedicated SEND Swimming Session at Tenbury Community Pool!

Created specifically for adults and children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (including autism), these sessions offer a peaceful space away from the noise of public swims.

A huge thank you to the Tenbury Community Pool Trustees for funding this vital community session! (Friends of Tenbury Swimming Pool)

🗓️ Details:
When: Sunday 6th September | 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Exciting News for Tenbury Community Pool! 🏊 💦

Starting Sunday 6th September, we are launching NEW dedicated SEND Swimming Sessions, created specifically for adults and children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (including autism) who find busy public sessions overwhelming.

Generously funded by the Tenbury Community Pool Trustees, our team has completed specialist SEND awareness training to ensure a safe, calm, and supportive environment for everyone.

To create a relaxed, sensory-friendly atmosphere, we’re making key adjustments:
💙 Fewer people in the pool for a quieter experience.

🎶 No Music: A peaceful, low-noise environment.

📣 No Whistles or Announcements: Minimising sudden sensory triggers (except in emergencies).

Whether you want to build water confidence or just enjoy a calm family swim, we’d love to welcome you!

🗓️ Session Details:
When: Every 1st Sunday of the month, starting 6th September
Time: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Where: Tenbury Community Pool
