I get so many people ask: What will the massage be like? What muscles do you massage?
The answer: depends on the person, your occupation, your lifestyle and your exercise routine (if you have one)
Every massage is different depending on the factors & what I find!
Generally the routine is: quads, hips, shins, glutes, hamstrings, calf’s, back, shoulders & neck but Syd came in today and has been suffering a little with his triceps so we added those in as well as his forearms!
Everyone is different so that means every massage will be different to!
