Parent and toddler classes Tuesday and Wednesday mornings - Storie based classes, move through a different adventure together every week.

After School Yoga Club on Wednesday evenings - learn simple exercises to help calm any racing mind, move your body, make friends, laugh and create. I love this class ❤️

Mooncircle classes for parents or carers and children to reconnect - partner poses, reconnecting exercises, joyful, fun and engaging.

I can’t believe how fast half term as gone

Next week back to school and routines and more opportunities to teach yoga and mindfulness to children across Shrewsbury and Telford.

Schools and nurseries will have more opportunities to book some fantastic yoga classes.

Community classes for Toddlers, Home Educated Children and also after school yoga club are all still available to book.

I’d love to see more and more children engaging in yoga and mindfulness this half term.
