It was a great start to the Autumn with classes now that schools are back. Let's continue that start with bookings now available.

The timetable is on the cover photo. Please note that there is an additional FREE 15 minutes section on Wednesday mornings.

NEWBIES are always welcome into our friendly classes - hence the motto.

Summer maybe over but the Fitness Party is still ongoing.

Bookings are now open for next week with the new addition of an optional add-on after Wednesday morning Fit & Flow to include floor work so the best bit you get 60 minutes for the price of the 45.

If you have any questions about any of the classes on offer please feel free to either comment or message and I will be more than happy to answer them for you.

So book now by messenger to secure your spot.
