Traditional Jujutsu is a Martial art which originated from Japan, it uses forms of self-defence, attack, it aids, health and fitness, as well as spiritual and mental development. It also involves some use of weapons, disarming knife using joint lock/chokeholds/submission holds and pinning techniques.
