Lightning Sport Karate in Telford teaches a modern form of karate and kickboxing. Our Fight Coach, Steve McMullen, is an experienced competitive kickboxer. Our classes emphasise fight fitness, technique and readiness. Suitable for adults and children who wish to learn a modern system of martial arts, to improve fitness and confidence. Classes:
