Shooting Stars Gymnastics Club Telford We offer a variety of gymnastics classes, suitable for all ablities starting at Age 3 years

All our classes provide an equal balance of fun and progression and are taught in a safe, fun & friendly environment by our experienced, qualified & DBS checked coaches. We take pride in celebrating each and every child's achievements, whether they’re passing their first proficiency badge or winning a gold medal at national level, each individual achievement is recognised and celebrated. We stand for giving every child the opportunity to participate in gymnastics. We do this by offering affordable but progressive classes, by not charging an annual club membership fee and our gymnastics class fees are paid monthly instead of termly.

TUMBLING CLASSES coming soon to Shooting Stars!!

A great opportunity for children who are looking to improve/master their gymnastics Floor Skills in order to progress within tumbling (i.e flips).

Classes available to trial from 29th September 2026:
'New to Tumbling' (learn - cartwheels, handstands, rolls & bridges)
Tuesday - 5:15-5:45pm

'Level 1' (learn - bridge kickover, bend back to bridge, handstand to bridge and handstand roll)
Tuesday - 5:45-6:25pm

'Level 2' (prerequisites before joining the class – bend back to bridge kick over & handstand to bridge stand up. Learn - walkovers, round off & handsprings)
Tuesday - 6:30-7:25pm

Taster session bookable from Tuesday 29th September: £6.00 per child

Where: Unit14, Hadley Business Park, Hadley Park Rd, Telford TF1 6PY

How is this session different from our gymnastics classes?
Our tumbling classes will be dedicated to learning and practising floor skills and children will not participate on any other gymnastics apparatus during this class. Concentrating on one apparatus makes those goals of achieving flips more reachable.

Well done to all gymnasts who competed on Saturday! What a fabulous day for the club and our gymnasts!

For many of the gymnasts who took part, it was their first time:
*learning, remembering and practicing routines
*showcasing their gymnstics to an audience
*learning about deductions and scoring in lessons
*being awarded for participation in front of an audience

Lots of confidence gained by our gymnasts from the experience. We’d like to say a big well done to you all and remember to keep up the hard work! ⭐🤸🏅

• Wear shorts instead of leggings/joggers
• Wear short sleeve leotards instead of long sleeve leotards
