DEXA BODY SCAN WITH TELOMYX

Yesterday after months of waiting and research i finally got to have my Dexa scan with the guys , this is something I’ve wanted to have done for a long time as I’d read up on it, but they aren’t usually easy to access until now as they offer a mobile service, so came to me!

So what exactly is a Dexa scan and why should you have one?

Well if like me you care about your health markers and data it’s considered the clinical gold standard in body analytics

It gives a highly accurate assessment of your body composition

So what does it measure exactly?

✅Body Fat percentage
✅Visceral fat analysis
✅Lean muscle mass
✅Bone density

Through this data alone we can identify risks such as osteoporosis, but in terms of performance we can also assess the effectiveness of our current training and nutrition and therefore tailor personalised strategies for improving our overall health and performance
