Welcome to British Military Martial Arts, the only organisation in the UK to have ex military instructors teaching martial arts. Our instructors are some of the most professional and well trained in the world, with experience of many disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing and Ju-jitsu. Young child

ren and adults are welcomed at all levels to learn how martial arts can be combined with fun, fitness and structure to help anyone get the most out of their life. British Military Martial Arts and our team have put together programs designed specifically for certain age, gender or ability groups. From Little Soldiers 4-7 years, Cadets 8-11 years, Adults and Ladies only. All of our instructors are inspirational and motivational and will get the most out of you on every class. Who better to teach children important values such as discipline, self control and respect than ex service men and women who personify these values. All of our instructors are close protection experts and the syllabus we teach is a mixture of Kickboxing; Boxing, Karate, Kung-fu, Tae Kwon Do, Ju-jitsu and MMA - all taught with a military flavor

A huge well done to everyone who stepped onto the mats at today’s Interclub Tournament.

Whether you came away with a medal or simply gained valuable experience, every competitor should be proud of themselves. It takes courage to compete, especially for those taking part in their very first event.

Congratulations to all of our students who represented BMMA today across all of our academies. The effort, determination, and attitude on display throughout the day were outstanding, and it was great to see so many students putting their training into action. 👊

More important than the results was the respect, sportsmanship, and support shown towards teammates and opponents alike - values that are at the heart of our communities.

A big thank you to our coaches, staff, volunteers, and Junior Leadership Team who helped make the event run smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t do it without you.

🥋 INTERCLUB IS FAST APPROACHING! 🥋

Our next British Military Martial Arts Interclub takes place on 20th June and we’re looking forward to seeing students from across our academies stepping onto the mats and gaining valuable competition experience.

Whether it’s your first ever interclub or competing regularly, these events are one of the best ways to build confidence, develop your mat time, and continue your martial arts journey in a safe and supportive environment.

All registrations must be submitted by Wednesday 17th June to allow us time to organise divisions and match-ups.

Our next Interclub on Saturday June 20th is fast approaching! Now is the perfect time to sharpen your skills and get some extra sparring rounds in beforehand 👊

Whether you’re competing for the first time or looking to gain more experience, our sparring classes will help you build confidence, improve your timing and prepare you for the event.

Sparring Classes Available:
• Tuesdays – 7:15pm @ BMMA Wellington
• Thursdays – 6:45pm @ BMMA HQ
• Saturdays – 11:45am @ BMMA HQ (Beginners Sparring)

If you’d like to take part in the Interclub, speak to your Instructor who can help get you booked in and provide your registration forms.
