Hope everyone is having a good week! Quite a few projects have been completed over the last few days, with many currently underway.

Macaraccoon [Memesyslab] is currently in our dispatch queue as we require the final steps from the publisher before we can begin shipping these orders. Please rest assured that once these have been completed, we'll be able to get this underway however until this time this is in the hands of Memesyslab.

Pathfinder Quest [Paizo] has almost completed however we're currently waiting for additional stock to arrive in the warehouse. When this is on site, we'll aim to dispatch the remaining orders as soon as possible.

Fulfilment Update 05/06/2026

The team are back in the office this week after a very successful weekend at UKGE! It was great to meet so many of you, and we appreciate everyone that dropped by to visit us on the stand. If you've been in touch with us this week, it may take a couple of days for us to get back to you as we work our way through the inboxes but rest assured we'll respond as quickly as we can.

Currently Macaraccoon [Memesyslab] is in our dispatch queue awaiting the final steps from the publisher before we can begin. We're unable to start this until all steps have been completed so at this time it's in the hands of Memesyslab, although we're keen to get this underway as soon as we're able.

Regarding the projects that have been paused, the data issue with Kryptothera [Noctilux] has now been resolved, and the remaining orders are now heading out, with the last few leaving us early next week. We are also anticipating the stock for Hand of Doom [Goblinko] to be with us imminently, so it shouldn't be too much longer until we can get this project finished too.

Fulfilment Update 29/05/2026

Here's our update for this Friday, with a few projects having been completed!

The Spiral team are now at UKGE and out of the office for the weekend. Do feel free to drop by and say hello to us if you're also attending, we can be found in Hall 3, Stand 402. We're hosting a number of other publishers and will have copies of Compile, Shallow Sea and Circadia being demoed. We'll be out until Tuesday 2nd June although will gradually coming back into communication as we wrap up the final logistics for the show. If you reach out to us, we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as we're able.

Fulfilment Update 22/05/2026

Hope everyone is having a lovely week, it's meant to be very warm here in the UK over the weekend!

It's come to our attention that there has been a data issue with Kryptothera [Noctilux] as the information supplied to us from the pledge manager was incorrect. This project has now been paused and the publisher is currently working on a solution, so this will resume once this has been resolved. In the meantime, updates are being posted directly on their Kickstarter page. You're also welcome to let us know if you've received an incorrect order at [email protected] and we will pass this information on to Noctilux.

This weekend is another Bank holiday weekend (the last until August!) so the team will be out now until Tuesday 26th May. Next weekend is also UKGE which begins on Friday, so please bear with us next week as things will be incredibly busy! If you're visiting UKGE, come and say hello to the team over in Hall 3, Stand 402 where we're hosting a number of other publishers, as well as demoing copies of Compile, Shallow Sea and Circadia!

Our UKGE logistics service isn't only about the day of delivery, months of pre-planning with publishers, stock being sent and received from around the world and then picked and combined to pallets. Stock mixed with furniture and decoration for the stands, banners, bags, pins - literally anything the publisher might need on the stands then carefully wrapped and labelled with stand numbers for onward delivery to the NEC where one of our team will then check the pallets have all been delivered and check in with the publisher. Monday 18th was the 2nd day of collections and 60 pallets on 3 trailers left us today, now space to start building the next batch. How much in total - we'll eventually fill 6 or 7 trailers so good progress so far.

Fulfilment Update 15/05/2026

As we move steadily towards UKGE at the end of the month, things are getting increasingly busy at the warehouse, both for our packing teams as they get as many orders out the door as possible, and our office team as they navigate the logistics! If you're a publisher and due to have an upcoming project with us in the next few weeks and leading into June, please bear with us as our responses may be slower than usual at this time of year, but rest assured we'll back to you as soon as possible.

The outstanding stock for Source and Timestrike [Adventure Together Games] arrived with us this week, and so the last orders for this project have been completed.

Likewise, Nature Climate [Northstar Games] has also completed fulfilment this week, and just as a reminder for those who have received their order with packing peanuts, these are biodegradable / compostable and will also fully dissolve when put into water. We're keen to use as many eco friendly options as possible for our packing materials and the fill is no exception!

Fulfilment Update 01/05/2026

We're in the midst of another very busy period here at Spiral Galaxy as we approach UKGE at the end of May! We'll have a large stand this year and if you're in attendance you're more than welcome to pop along and say hello to the team.

This upcoming weekend, we also have a bank holiday on Monday 4th May, so staff will be out until Tuesday. This includes customer support, who will be back to help with queries on their return.

The much anticipated restock of Elder Scrolls and Trover [Chip Theory Games] is currently on the way to us, although at this point we don't have a date of when this will be in. That being said, once this is on site we'll be getting the orders dispatched as soon as possible!

Emerlands [Tabletop Tycoon] has a few outstanding orders that we weren't able to complete last week due to a stock shortfall. We're currently waiting for some additional items to come in and then we can get these shipped to finish the project.

The projects that are noted on the chart in blue, indicate that these are run through AllPlay who work a little differently to other publishers. Due to this, if the status on an AllPlay project shows as complete but you haven't yet received your address confirmation nor dispatch notification email, please reach out to AllPlay directly as they'll be able to confirm the status of your pledge.

Fulfilment Weekly Update 24/04/2026

Witchbound [Dark Doll Games] is now on site and address confirmations have gone out to backers this afternoon, as this project will be underway very shortly. Please do let us know as soon as possible if any amendment needs to be made.

We've had a few queries recently regarding the packing materials we use at Spiral, specifically with our packing peanuts that protect a large number of our games in transit. Did you know that these actually dissolve in water? They're made of a Maize starch that’s 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable, as at Spiral Galaxy we make every effort to be as Ecologically friendly as possible!

We also use sustainably sourced card boxes from local suppliers and reuse card boxes via a Flo-pack shredding system to create Fill for larger boxes. For our packing tape we use a Kraft paper solution that uses a non-solvent based rubber adhesive, and we use locally recycled and reclaimed pallets for shipping. Plus, our waste company focuses heavily on recycling with zero to landfill!
