Shropshire Blues OSC are sad and devastated to hear that one of Blues most loved and favourite sons has passed away. Robert "Hoppy" Hopkins was a Bluenose through and through. RIP in Blue Heaven now, Hoppy! Taken from us way too soon. Thoughts with his family and friends 💙😔

As you all know, it is our pleasant duty as an OSC to help and support the BCFC Foundation in their activities and fundraising. The Foundation and their partner charities do fantastic work all around Birmingham to help the underpriveleged children and their carers. At Christmastime, it is particularly difficult and, for the previous Christmas Tom Wagner set up a target to ensure that every child in care would receive a Xmas present. This is the target again, and, to this end, we as Shropshire Blues continue to offer our support. The majority of any "profits" we make from our fundraising activities will always be redirected to the Foundation.
When all is said and done, I am extremely proud to announce that I have used approximately £120 of our clubs funds to purchase the toys you will see in the following posts. Thank you to each and everyone of you that has made this happen. Be proud. Bluenoses are always the most generous spirited people. Keep Right On! 💙

Thanks to Blues legends Ian Clarkson and Ian Rodgerson for visiting us in Telford on Friday night! We all had a fantastic evening listening to your stories and allowing us to reminisce on such a huge part of the club’s history!
