BREAKING NEWS:
I have discovered a new scientific method for determining whether you desperately need a holiday.

The symptoms include:

✅ Forgetting what day it is

✅ Setting your out-of-office a day early

✅ Being convinced you're travelling today when you're actually travelling tomorrow!

✅ Mentally boarding the plane 24 hours before departure

After extensive personal research, I can confirm that all symptoms are present.

In my defence, this is my first proper holiday in seven years!

As someone who spends her days encouraging others to look after their wellbeing, it seems my subconscious has decided to take my own advice before the rest of me caught up.

The good news is I now have an unexpected bonus day to finish packing and get into holiday mode.

The bad news is I have absolutely no idea what day it is. 🤣

Do as soon as you wake up.
Take three nice long deep breaths.
On the third breath close your eyes.
Now just Imagine all that fat on your body, imagine how much you hate that fat.
Now
Feel that fat melting away as you imagine yourself saying no to that chocolate, pushing that junk food away. As you imagine how much you hate fat and how nauseous it makes you feel.

Now imagine as you look into the future at the healthy, slim and fabulous you wearing those clothes that are all around you.

Smile to yourself because you know you will reach your end goal. And it feels so great.
Smile because you are now in control it feels great. Love the new you.
