13 Weeks to Amazing: My Holiday Prep Challenge!
As a fitness coach, staying in shape is part of the job, but I love a good challenge! With just 13 weeks until my holiday, I'm kicking my routine into high gear to get in absolutely amazing shape – and I want to take you all along for the ride!
This isn't just about looking good (though that's a nice bonus!). It's about feeling incredible, boosting energy, and building sustainable habits that last long after the holiday glow fades.
What to expect from my 13-week journey (and how you can join in!):
1. Strategic Nutrition: I'll be focusing on nourishing my body with whole foods, smart meal prepping, and staying hydrated. Expect tips, recipes, and insights into how I fuel my performance and recovery.
2. Varied Workouts: My training will include a balanced mix of:

◦ Cardio & Conditioning: Enhancing endurance and burning fat.
◦ Flexibility & Mobility: Keeping my body resilient and injury-free.
I'll share snippets of my workouts, favorite exercises, and how I structure my weekly plan.
3. Mindset & Recovery: This is often overlooked but crucial! I'll be prioritizing sleep, managing stress, and staying consistent with my mental game. Because a strong body starts with a strong mind.
4. Weekly Check-ins & Progress: I'll be honest about the highs and lows, sharing my progress, and staying accountable. My goal is to inspire you to set your own 13-week target, whatever that may be!
