Make the most of the last of your summer days by joining in with 'Dancerella in the Park' this weekend!

On Saturday 5th September
From 11.30 - 12.15pm
At Telford Town Park’s QEII Arena

It's a chance for families to take part in a FREE outdoor dance experience designed to get whole family groups moving together.

Participants will follow simple, feel-good dance moves with colourful props.

There is no choreography to remember and no dance experience needed — just come along and join in.

The session will encourage physical activity, social connection and positive wellbeing while creating plenty of opportunities for families to laugh and have fun together.

All family members are welcome to attend, so there's no need to worry about arranging childcare to take part and get active together.

An afternoon of FREE fun sporting and exercise activities for adults with learning disabilities

Adults living with learning disabilities, their family and carers, are invited to an ‘Activity for All Afternoon’, packed with FREE fun activities and refreshments!

On Saturday 19th September
From 3 - 6pm
At The Pavilion, Draycott, Hollinswood, TF3 2DN

FREE activities include:
garden games, bouncy castle, climbing tower, multi-sports, inclusive dancing and a disco, bubble football

Also FREE refreshments
