🤔Sometimes I hesitate to post feedback 😊 because I never want it to come across as “look what I did.” The truth is, Neuro Linguistic Programming works when a child or young person is willing to engage in the process themselves. No practitioner can force change, no matter how much a parent wants help for their child.
👉This particular client showed up every session ready to learn, reflect, practise, and do. That matters more than people realise.
Part of what I do is helping children and young people understand that I am not there to “fix” them or magically take difficult feelings away.🔮 Life will have challenges, worries, disappointments, friendship issues, school pressures, and self-doubt.
🤯What I aim to do is help them understand their mind, emotions, behaviours, and reactions, while giving them practical tools they can actually use in everyday life.🛠
That is also why I offer a 🆓 non-obligatory consultation first. It allows me to meet the child or young person one-to-one, understand the challenges they are facing, and most importantly, see whether they are open and ready to engage in the process.
⭐The relationship and trust built at the beginning are incredibly important.⭐
A small part of the feedback from a parent recently really stayed with me:
💬 “Your sessions have helped my daughter build resilience against that negative little voice in her head… hugely boosting her confidence and ability to see the bigger picture.”
🧐Reading feedback like this is genuinely humbling because behind every message is a child who has worked hard emotionally.
🫶Children and teenagers do not need to be “broken” to benefit from support. Sometimes they simply need a safe, independent space to process things differently, learn emotional tools, build confidence, and feel understood outside of home or school.
