Admaston Juniors Football Club

We are Admaston Juniors Football Club. Founded in 1972, we are an England Football Accredited junior football club based in Telford, Shropshire.

We promote junior and youth football with teams ranging from under 7 to under 16, giving children and young people a safe and enjoyable environment in which to train, play and develop as footballers and people. Our focus will always be on giving children and young people a platform to play and enjoy their football, regardless of their ability, but to also allow players an opportunity to showcase their skills. This has resulted in some 20 players over the last 20 years being invited to join professional academies and development centres. The club and teams are run by a dedicated group of volunteer committee members, managers and coaches, many of them parents, who carry out a range of demanding but very fulfilling roles. New faces are always welcome, whether children looking to start playing for one of our teams or someone looking to contribute to the running of the club, which can be extremely rewarding.

***CHANGE OF DATE***

Admaston Juniors will be holding the club AGM on Monday 13th July at 7:30pm at the Sir John Bayley Club, 23 Haygate Road, Wellington, TF1 1QX.

All parents/guardians associated with the club are invited to attend. The committee are keen to drive the club forward, so we would really appreciate seeing parent/guardian representatives from every team on the evening.

Any questions regarding the meeting or any items that people would like to add to the meeting agenda can be submitted by email to [email protected]

The majority of the committee are happy to re-stand for their current positions if no one else wants to put themselves forward. Nevertheless, if you are interested in any of the roles, we welcome you to do so, as diversity and new energy is always welcome. The roles you can stand for are as follows:
- Chairman
- Vice Chairman
- Secretary
- Welfare Officer
- Assistant Welfare Officer
- Club Treasurer
- Club Fundraising Officer (new role TBC via vote at the AGM)
- Media Officer
