If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out then you will LOVE Clubbercise. Fun, easy to follow dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from the 90’s classics to the latest chart hits. All taught in a darkened room with disco lights. A great class for if you are just starting out or if you’re a ready fitness freak! All classes £4 with £1.00 glow stick hire or £5.00 to purchase
