Six weekly classes are taking place at the Chinese Arts and Culture Centre, Unit E4, Stafford Park 15, TF3 3BB (free parking):

1) Monday evening 7pm - 7:45pm Tai Chi for improvers (24 Step form) with Nicola
2) Monday evening 7:50pm - 8:35pm Tai Chi for beginners (10 Step form)
3) Tuesday day time 2 - 3pm Qigong for relaxation with Diane
4) Wednesday evening 7 – 7.50pm Tai Chi Swordplay for improvers principles and practice with Master Faye
5) Wednesday evening 8 – 8.50pm Qigong and Meditation with master Faye
6) Thursday 1.15pm-2.15pm Tai Chi for wellbeing with Steve

Come and join us for another Tai Chi and Qigong in the Garden. With 4 sessions exploring Silk Reeling, Grasping Peacocks Tail, Cloud Hands and more, this event is suitable for all. Featuring Deyin Tai Chi Institute , British Health Qigong Association and Chen Zhenglei Federation instructors. This not to be missed event is raising funds for the JDSS Bursary.

*Empowering Wellness - Tai Chi for Cancer Patients is back*

☯️12-week programme offering FREE weekly mindful tai chi, qigong and therapeutic art sessions to support people with a cancer diagnosis and residing in Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire and mid-Wales.

Starting from 15th September 2026, sessions will be delivered in hybrid model, either face to face at 12:30pm-1:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon at the Chinese Arts and Culture Centre, Stafford Park 15, Telford, TF3 3BB (free on-site parking is available) or via live-streaming online for those who can't attend in person.

Each session will include 60 minutes of gentle mindful movements of Tai Chi, Qigong and other therapeutic art such as a gong bath. Comfort breaks with refreshments will be provided.

💫Progress is at your own pace and no previous experience is needed.

⭐️Participants can sign up for one or multiple sessions on a first come first serve basis.
