Optimising Nutrient Timing for Body Composition and Performance Enhancement
Nutrient timing plays a crucial role in maximizing body composition and performance outcomes. This article highlights the key factors of nutrient timing, such as meal number, spacing, size, macronutrient content, food composition, and timing around physical activity. While nutrient timing alone may account for about 10% of the overall importance of nutrition, it still provides tangible benefits when combined with proper calorie and macronutrient manipulation.
